Which networks are currently on Electric Juice?
We're excited to work with over 300 charging companies across the UK and Europe, including networks such as IONITY, Shell ReCharge, Osprey and Fastned. And we're adding new partners all the time.
The latest partner list and information on their charging locations are always available on our app.
Our aim is to create a simple way of accessing every public chargepoint, whether you're charging at a lamppost near your home, fast charging at the supermarket, or stopping off at motorway services on a long journey.
Even if there aren't many compatible chargers near you just yet, you can still sign-up to Electric Juice and we'll make sure to let you know when new networks are introduced.
How much does charging on Electric Juice cost?
Electric Juice doesn't charge any extra on top of the network providers - we simply pass through the cost they give us. And in some cases, we offer a discounted rate.
The latest pricing for each network and every specific charging point is available in the Electric Juice app.
Do I have to be with Octopus Energy for my home energy supply?
No! We want charging to be as simple as possible for every EV driver in the UK, whether you're with Octopus Energy for your home energy supply or not.
If you are on supply with us at home, any charges on Electric Juice partner networks will be added to your Octopus home energy bill.
If you're not on supply with us, we'll send you a single bill for your public charging only.
How do I use the Electric Juice Network?
Once you've signed up we'll pop a Juice card in the post to you. With the card, you're able to start a charge on any Electric Juice Network charger just by tapping.
On a few networks (the list keeps on growing...), you can charge without a card using the Electric Juice app.

When will my £20 credit be applied?
Credits are usually applied within 24 hours. If after 48 hours you believe it hasn't been applied, do let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You'll be able to find out if your credit has been applied within your charging history, in the Electric Juice app.
